Chase Duff is an Attorney for the Pre-Litigation Division at the Merritt & Merritt Law Firm. Chase handles a wide range of personal injury matters including Auto Injuries, Slip and Falls, Premises Liability, and Wrongful Death.

Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia his interest in the rhetorical arts and law began when he was a student at the University of Georgia and a member of the Demosthenian Literary Society. After graduating from UGA with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology he entered the legal world as an intern and his aptitude was quickly recognized, leading him to serve in a variety of legal roles from Paralegal to Staff Legal Investigator. Chase’s passion of continuing to learn led him to law school where he graduated from Georgia State University’s College of Law. Since graduating law school Chase has litigated personal injury cases of all types.

Chase takes pride in advocating on behalf of clients to turn an unexpected, troubling, sometimes tragic event into a favorable outcome. He also enjoys going hiking, camping, live music, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Chase is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
