Nikoo Micheal Razavi is a Litigation Attorney at Merritt & Merritt, serving the Atlanta, Savannah, and Statesboro Offices. Nikoo was born and raised in London, England, but has called Georgia home since the year 2000, and is a fluent Farsi speaker. He is licensed to practice in both Georgia and New Jersey and is skilled in the practice areas of Car Accidents, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense.
Prior to joining Merritt & Merritt, Nikoo was a DUI and Criminal Defense Trial Attorney with one of the largest private criminal defense firms in Georgia. In this position, Nikoo litigated a number of cases (including DUI, drug, theft, and violent offenses) resulting in favorable outcomes in the vast majority of verdicts.
Before working as a Trial Attorney, Nikoo practiced at a multinational claims management company, specializing in car accidents and property damage cases. In this role, Nikoo negotiated accident claims, resulting in nearly $500,000 in property damage settlements.
Nikoo graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2014, where he served as a member of the Student Bar Association and completed an internship with the Rockdale County District Attorney’s Office. There, he was able to litigate cases as a third-year law student. He also interned with the Georgia State Law Tax Clinic, where he represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Preceding law school, Nikoo graduated from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 2008, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. In his spare time, Nikoo enjoys completing home improvements, playing sports, and reading. He is proud to call Decatur home.
